Ilea House is situated in the centre of Agapia village in a remarkably pitoresque area. Our accomodation establishment was built following the pattern of the old noblemen’s houses (Lahovari) within Neamt area, abiding by the same configuration of the rooms, but at a smaller buildable surface. Inside the house you can admire probably the most beautiful collection of icons existing in a contryside guesthouse which are painted in Byzantine style (20 icons). The house is placed in the middle of an extensive 1/2 ha orchard. The parking spaces are situated inside the orchard surrounding the house. The living area reaches approximatively 200 sqm and it consists of 4 rooms (a double bed, a TV set with TV cable, 3 terracotta stoves), a separate kitchen, a bathroom. The kitchen (16 sqm) is equipped with: a refrigerator, a gas stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen table for 10 people. Using these facilities, one can prepare coffee, tea, and various types of food. The bathroom has a surface of 16 sqm, water being heated by using a wood-burning boiler (you can adjust the water temperature). Outside, there is a garden shelter, a swing and a rustic table for 12 people made of wooden logs.
